WJ Accounting and Business Services have been providing accounting and financial services to a wide range of customers in Trinidad and Tobago over the last seventeen (17) years. We have been working together with financial institutions and other audit firms in meeting and serving the various needs of many companies, associations, churches, and individuals.
Our clients consist of various prestigious companies in several industries such as tourism, construction, telecommunications, retail, and energy.
WJ Accounting and Business Services are also formally associated with other Chartered Accountants through which audits and other services are conducted. These are well standing established professionals and firms known in the government and private sector in Trinidad and Tobago and other countries.

Meet The Team
Founder & CEO
Wayne Diaz
Wayne is the Founder & CEO of WJ Accounting & Business Services. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He has over 25 years of work experience with both the private and public sectors in the field of accounting and finance. Wayne is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Professionally, he enjoys the challenge of recognizing and solving problems, listening to the needs of business people, and managing the company. Wayne desires to promote small businesses, inspire the small business owners, improve accounting and communication skills, and to promote the organization as a group of capable and ethical experts.
General Manager (Antigua)
Joviel Withy
Joviel holds the position of General Manager of WJ Accounting & Business Services for the Antigua branch. She holds a BS in International Business with concentration. She ensures that there are complete systematic accounting records of receipts and disbursements in the organization by performing complex clerical and bookkeeping tasks and applying standard procedures in preparing and maintaining accounting records. She is excellent at communicating with people, diligent about completing difficult tasks, and loves to see progress at learning new tasks. Joviel has a passion for serving other people and for increasing her professional credentials. Her goal is to attain ACCA.
Accounting Manager
Kell Withy
Kell holds the position of Accounting Manager of WJ Accounting & Business Services for the Antigua branch. He holds a BS in Mathematics and Accounting. Kell supervises, track and evaluate the day to day activities. He also implements systems in place for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting data. His zest is to earnestly hear the needs of others and help them apply the changes for success.
General Manager (Antigua)

Kenyon Joseph
Kenyon is a dedicated, reliable, and detailed oriented accounting professional. With his many years of experience, he meets the need of individual businesses and corporations, managing their financial well-being and enhancing growth.
As a professional, he worked at organizations such as Republic Bank Limited, WASA, and Tobago House of Assembly Marketing Department. Currently, in his capacity as an Accounting Specialist at WJ Accounting, he is actively engaged in converting client’s dreams into reality through careful analysis and application of industry best practices.
He enjoys playing football for the Golden Lane Football Club also holding the portfolio of Club Secretary. He is also a member at Golden Lane Church of God, holding the portfolio of Treasurer of the Church’s Committee for the past five years and the Men’s Fellowship Group.
Kenyon is a kind, hardworking, and helpful person, who has a passion for sports and youth development in his community. He loves interacting with youths and above all else, serving the risen Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
Manager (Tobago)
Sparkle Sobers
Sparkle is employed as the Manager of WJ Accounting & Business Services Tobago office. She worked at Habitat for Humanity Trinidad & Tobago, where her exposure in accounting from sourcing documents to preparing for audit began. She eventually worked her way up from Accounts Clerk to the Accountant. She later joined the WJ team where these set of skills obtained has made her into a rounded individual in accounting. Preparation of financials, accounting and business consultation, taxation, payroll management, cash flow projections are some of the areas that she can guide you on. She continues her journey in becoming an ACCA qualified professional, passionate about serving others in achieving their goals.
